North Zone Construction is a DBA. I am fully responsible for all liabilities as an owner/operator because I believe that I fix them, not create them. If I did not feel I was extremely good at what I do, or had the experience or references to back me up, I would not be in business.

 

My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance - and I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, most of my business is from repeat customers and their referrals.

 

I will warn everyone in advance. I am a horrible business man, as I will more times than not, develop close personal relationships with my clients, and ultimately begin to not charge for everything. So, if this happens to you, I'm glad to call you my Friend.

 

As a perfectionist, I only use the help of those that are knowlegable, punctual, respectful, and professional. Any and all subcontractors that I use are great at what they do, if not, they wouldn't work with me, and more importantly, I wouldn't have them work for you.
